- The Wine
A viticultural wine at its best. Hands off winemaking, purity of fruit, unfined, unfiltered, the raw gem, the uncut version.
- Deep purple/crimson with purple and black hues.
- Licorice, black jubes, Satsuma plums, cinnamon, mocha, red cherry, and hints of savoury oak.
- The 2010 Uncut Shiraz is a complex wine with classic Mclaren Vale Shiraz aromas of blackberry, plums, blueberry and chocolate. Fine and grainy tannins lead to a velvety mouthfeel with balanced acidity. The palate is also supported by a hint of savoury oak that contribute to the seamless finish.
- French Cutlets or Slow cooked Duck

- Vintage Notes
The 2009 growing season presented us with good winter and spring rains. The warm days and cool nights leading up to harvest provided us with near perfect conditions. As a result, the 2009 wines have wonderful finesse and brightness. Not cloying and over ripe they display remarkable richness and vibrance that will see them drinking well for the next 5-8 years
